We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your book arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your name, order number, and a photo of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or offer a refund.
If you received the wrong item, let us know within 7 days and we will correct the order as quickly as possible.
Change of mind:
Because our products are books and printed materials, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind once an item has been opened or used. If your order is still unused and in its original condition, contact us and we’ll review your request case by case.
Digital products:
Digital items are non‑refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed.
